This software program provides users with the ability to convert coordinate data from any DOS-ASCII or ODBC data source into a variety of different formats. It has an intuitive interface with helpful hints, context-sensitive help, a comprehensive Windows Help facility, and an Adobe Acrobat User's Manual. It can convert between spherical (lat/long) and Cartesian (x/y) coordinates in UTM, State Plane, Canadian coordinate systems, and more than 200 other international projections.
